how painfull is the removal of stiches ?
really now . On the 26th I`m supposed to have some stiches removed and after all the surgery pain I`ve been through I just had enough . sooo... has any of you had some experience with that ?

not much at all. i had some removed almost two years ago after having my appendix taken out and it didn't really feel like anything.

well my stiches were 8 foot long and felt like i was having my gut removed with tweezers

hopefully it won`t hurt as much as I expect it to . but then again I am incredibly unlucky when it comes to hospital stuff

seriously, they just cut the 'string' and pull them out. it might feel funny but it doesn't hurt.

kind of like taking out an earring or piercing. Feels a little funny and weird but not painful.



The only time it stings or pinches a little is if some skin has grown over it but it only feels like picking a scab or something (as gross as that is)

Yeah, it doesn't hurt at all. And the feeling of having the stitches gone is so nice.

except for the part where you can almost hear the skin splitting apart from the pain, you won't even notice it.

when i had some removed it actually itched like crazy.... i wanted to scratch the hell out of the area they were being pulled from.
