Do you date...

older, younger, douche bags?

Is there usually a pattern in your dating?
Do you have a 'type'?

The guys I usually date end up being 25 or 26 years old, skinny minnies, and intelligent. and I haven't dated a girl in a while. I think I lost my mojo.

I tell myself I will fall in love with whomever my heart connects with but apparently my heart has a 'type'.

once i've been with a certian type of lady i tend to try and go for something else - there are way too many different types of ladies out there to only stick to one kind of woman

i've dated the same guy for almost 6 years now (i don't like the idea of marriage). so i like his type, i guess :p. which is, perhaps frightingly, like the male version of myself. we have like the exact same interests and temper, except he's like a genius or something, and i suck at maths.

I always seemed to end up with ethnic guys... Armenian, Sri Lankan. I thought my husband was ethnic by his picture, but turns out he just has a darker complexion. Bah.

good point adam - its difficult to date a younger lady sometimes, i do like being able to go out for drinks but with a younger lady you always have a designated driver

Dating younger guys or even guys my age is the hardest thing ever, I have way too much going in my life and responsabilities and crap. I cannot just be young and crazy.

Not to mention the maturity factor.

I date like every day.

I come home from school and I'm lke "hey you wanna go out, mom?" and my mom's like "where, son?" and I'm lke "to the grocery store" and we go out, and then at the end I try and get a goodbye kiss as I walk her to the door and she's like 'what are you doing?" and I'm like "...what, didn't you feel the chemistry?" and she's like "...no...get in the house and go to bed." and I'm like "while you slip into something more comfortable?" and she's like "..."

well because now technically i think it would be considered cheating.

i've only dated 2 guys ever. and they were both very different haha

one was blonde and tall a good kisser and a swimmer, and the other one was dark haired, goofy, a terrible kisser and liked video games that i didnt know
