Dear At and T's users.

So, my sister has a tendency to break her phones all the freaking time. She's nto really into fancy phones, and she just wants one that's cheap (because she's such a freaking penny pincher), and I want to get her one that won't break in a second, because whenever shit like this happens I always have to help her... :(

Anyway, if you are an AT & T user, what kind of phone do you currently crank, and how much did you pay for it? I'm going to trick the system by using my mom or dad's upgrade and then swapping out my sister's Sim card, so I'm looking for something that's cheap with a renewed contract or whatewar....

help?

This is the phone my sister has, it hasn't even been a year and she already poked a hole in the screen (it's a touch screen that comes with a stylus...that she poked a hole in the screen with), and now it freezes up.

I just upgraded my phone after 4 years to an LG CF360, which cost me just $10. There are lots of free onez, though, and if you want one that's durable, it is seriously impossible to break Nokias. I smashed my last one against concrete once when I was angry, and about four or five pieces of it flew into different directions. Then I put it back together to see if it would turn on, and it still worked perfectly.

yeah most phones require some kidn of initial payment and then they offer a rebate that covers most of the price, I'm thinking that's probably what her options are going to come down to.

i like my phone a lot. it's just your standard flip phone, but the screen is nice and bright and the battery life is fantastic if you turn off the 3G option (which i did, because i don't have/want an internet plan on my phone). i can usually go a week or so without charging my phone.

I'm thinking about suggesting her this Pantech phone I saw. They DO have the Blackberry Curve though, but that shit's spensive.
