meh.. this idea is about as original as the god damn wheel.. anyways I remember making (i honestly don't recall if it was verbatim ) tasty murder jokes about the smith's meat is murder bullshite back in the 80s

In truth, I don't think the phrase is unique enough for them to act against. If another company were directly duplicating Threadless' "trade dress", by copying labeling, color, and image layout exactly, or portraying their work as Threadless' own, then there'd be h-e-c-k to pay. Until then, this sorta crap continues.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Too bad the wording is exact, but I've seen PETA (People for the Eating of Tasty Animals) for the past 15 years. Like someone said, it's not reinvention of the wheel.
