I believe this band stole a threadless design!

Okay so this band has a shirt with the funkalicious design on it. Is this illegal or something?

that sentence doesn't even make sense... do they mean they're going to "get" permission now, or they "got" permission?

in either case, they wouldn't get permission, because threadless has the final say, and they wouldn't allow this.

i would wait until they go offline to post comments.

this is what they said back to me...it makes no sense

it also proves that they did not steal the shirt, but a fan stole the design and then they decided to make the shirt...cool

what's the deal with myspace bands writing exactly the same way? do they just depend on their publicists to make them seem like educated individuals?
