But this one was the first to pop into my mind. Why is it I apparently JUST missed a reprint of it?

Is it because I actually _do_ know how to use chopsticks? Dang.

I don't know! I could have sworn I rallied for a reprint. Maybe I'll magically find a Girly XL in my lunch box tomorrow? Sigh.

I don't even have a lunch box.

Hm, so according to Shimala it wasn't reprinted. (Ever?) I figured it must have been since the last people to post about ordering/receiving it were in the last few months and it was submitted in July 2006. Did it last a really long time or did it take threadless that long to ship it? hehehe. Either way, how did I STILL manage to miss this? Lol.

Bananaphone: I'm not really sure where you were going with your comment. A few other's i'd love to see reprinted include :

wheee, thanks for the support! :D It brings a theoretical tear to my eye, to know that even those who CAN use chopsticks enjoyed my design. <3

I'm pretty sure you didn't miss a reprint, just the first printing. hehe so maybe/hopefully there's still a chance for one within the $10 sale! :O (haha, although knowing my luck, IF they did reprint it, it'd probably be the week AFTER it ends. hahah that's what happened with the first printing! [not that I'm complaining threadless! I'm not picky, I'll take whatever I can get!! hahah])

well i take it back then trillian, I just see alot of people wanting reprints of designs lately and none of them have bothered to look back more than a month in the catalogue. When you've been around here as long as I have you start to get bored of seeing the same old stuff over and over.

haha, and as usual, I'm such a slow ass, that I had this window open for 34980495 hours, and after posting my comment, I see a whole bunch of new comments!

About the time delay of the sub vs. people receiving it: It came out in late August (21st, I think?), and as mentioned, that was right after a $10 sale that did REALLY well, so they were a few weeks behind on shipping; it took a lot of people 1-2 weeks to get their orders. It sold out about two months later in late October. (haha, wheee OCD paying attention!)

bananaphone: i understand where you are coming from. there are so many tees printed early on that don't get the recognition or reprinting they deserve, and new ones that keep on popping up over and over because they are fresh in people's minds, etc. but that being said there have been some really nice prints of late. *shrug* what can i say?

i sooo want this shirt, in fact i need it, i have struggled thru 2 japanese meals and a chinese one since i saw this shirt, looking like a fool pretty much stabbing my food with my chopsticks!

sorry to be totally ignorant but it is written in Japanese or Chinese?

it's in Japanese - you can tell because the writing is a mixture of simple characters (hiragana) and complicated ones (kanji). for example, the first character is "complicated," and the second one is "simple." not to be confused with simplified and traditional chinese... that's different. lol. hopefully this explanation doesn't make you more confused :)
