Got a little design ready for subbing, but just wanted to get some opinions and perhaps suggestions before I send it away.

This is something a bit different to my usual stuff... spurred on from a fellow Threadless-er, EricDiaz's request for me to put his idea on to paper. The idea - "You're Toast" - a community about to be flamed by a massive piece of toast. Hah...

YOU'RE TOAST (t-shirt)

Cheers!

well half the fun may be in discovering the details but who is going to take the time to pursue that fun? its just not something that works with tshirts, overkill in detail that is.

perhaps if it were printed large it would eliminate cause for my rambling so...i commence.

Nachoman, it's all about the little details of a tee for me too...sometimes you're hanging with friends and I know i'd like to keep staring at a shirt someone's wearing and finding all sorts of cool eye surprises....and it's also awesome to look down and observe all the madness on your chest as well. I really love the toast's perspective over the town, so freaky.

I'd even love a sub like this where someone is in their home making some toast and stuffing the helpless, sad piece s of bread into a toaster while the human is barely awake, whistling to themselves not away this hulking, massive piece of toast is about to crush the life out of him. The piece of toast could also be holding a waffle iron in the shape of a human being or something. But any way you go about this one, it's a fun design!

ps- is this sub a rip at geewally?

Maltz - you really find them distracting?

nachoman thanks for that. let me know if the image works now. a jumbo print of this would obviously be the way to go simply because of the detail and size of the design.

FRICKENAWESOME - cheers mate. i sympathise with both sides, seeing the pros and cons on the amount of detail on a t-shirt. i guess it's all relative as to how much detail somebody wants to wear. you are quite the ideas man now ay? hah... that too would be a pretty funny scenario. hope you enjoy this nevertheless.

ps: i'm unaware of the connection to geewally... :-/

Hey to each their own. I like simplicity to my designs and I would say this is too busy for me but if other peeps like it go for it!
