Finally got around to painting my Threadlemanss Pine wood derby car. Just need to attach the wheels and mail it out this weekend. Update: Clear-coated and with wheels attached.

This is my entry for the "Hot Chip" contest.

This is the preview WIP (Work in Progress) for the tinymeat Kaiju battle series wallet. This is a collab between Wullagaru and me (herky).

The basic design concept: Godzilla is challenging Hedorah (Smog Monster) in a "Heads Up" poker match in Las Vegas. This artwork would be on the outside of the wallet (which I've almost completed).

The artwork on the inside of the wallet would have both monsters pushing casino buildings (such as Luxor, Excalibur, Wynn, Paris, Hard Rock, ect,) in the middle of a large pile. Basically going all in and winner take all (or control) of Las Vegas. Wullagaru's preview of the inside artwork is coming soon, so stay tuned.

Although initially I was disappointed that the inside printed tag of my design was erroneous (my name was omitted), I realize everyone makes mistakes and these things can happen. I am still very grateful to Threadless and am thankful the design was fortunate enough to win the "loves" competition. Hopefully this shirt will see the light of a reprint one day and it'll all be even better. :)

Larger detailed view of the artwork

Recently in the blogs I've noticed an alarming backlash against designs utilizing "FWF" or more commonly known as "Food with Faces." Is there a higher or more beautiful form of art than FWF? I dare think not. The latest and greatest print and reprint this week rests my case.





In an effort to suppress this heinous form of discrimination and unsubstantiated contempt, I would like to introduce the Official F.W.F.C.M Card (Food With Faces Club Membership). Finally FWF supporters everywhere can bask in the security, strength and confidence that only a unified group can provide. Like it or not, FWF is here to stay and as the saying goes, "if you can't beat them join them."
