Royal Hush - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever

Just subbed this design. Many thanks to Manos for sharing his incredible flash template.

This is a design I'm working on for the new "Loves" contest (which deals with death as the theme). For now, it's a 1-color design as a large belt print. I'm still figuring out alternate color schemes. Any suggestions about the colors, design or t-shirt colors are very welcome.

I'm a little new here, and I'm thinking of submitting some art. I just received this amazing shirt in the mail (sporting it right now).....and I'm looking at the average score and asking myself 2 questions....

1) how could such a killer design only receive only 2.7?????
2) how are the winning designs chosen? Since this got printed with a fairly low score, what are the determining factors that decide what art gets printed?

Most winning designs come in with a score in the 2.5 range. Lots of morons vote. Printed designs are chosen by the staff from amongst the higher scores. In truth they print what they want. Would be impossible to print all the high scoring subs, too much great stuff here
