I'm getting anxious waiting for my shirts to get shipped off. I ordered Monday. It said it would take 0-3 days. It's day 5. A few days ago, the "DUE TO HIGH DEMAND" notice went away, so people are probably ordering their shirts after me and getting them before me.

It's like waiting for a table to open at a restaurant and the people after you get a table. You don't.

Alright, I will refrain from ever being "THAT GUY" again.

Hopefully yours have already shipped... I've had it happen twice where it said my shirts weren't shipped off, but then I got them in the mail.

Mine still say they're being packaged.

I'm wearing one from that order right now.

it was a whole thing where they didn't ship a bunch of peoples' shirts.

and I was like "Bitch, give me my shirt" and they were all "we shipped everything on thursday" and I was like "Bitch, no you didn't" and they were like "oh."

and then I had to re-order it again. Good thing it didn't sell out.

I think you need to be like Chuck Chill Out and chill the fuck out.

One of my friends says that sometimes, and it makes just enough sense to calm me down.

oh actually, something really weird happened in my last order...it said that they were packaging it for the longest time and then all of a sudden it arrived on my doorstep...THEN the next day it said it had shipped.
I just rememberd that...it never happened before, so maybe thats whats happening to you?

I'm still waiting for my order from Aug. 28, and Customer Service is playing the Postal Service Blame Game.

I suppose I'm being a Bad Person for bitching about it in the blogs. Sorry.

At least I'm not asking for retroactive back-dating of a sale, though.

when i ordered sept 3rd i was getting worried because it had been a week and they didn't tell me it had shipped yet. i ended up getting the package in the mail long before the status ever changed to "shipped."

Well, initially I wasn't worried because I had an earlier order which got stuck at the "packaged" state, and yet I received it OK and reasonably quickly.

This one's coming up on 6 weeks, though.....and that's just too long.

yea, I got the package. That had never happened to me before, where the status never got changed, but now I won't panic.

where do you live asfi? 6 weeks is pretty ridiculous. I'm thinking you should get store credit or free shipping or something for your troubles. Yikes.

I'm in Toronto. Chicago is roughly 840 km away -- I could walk from Chicago to Toronto in 6 weeks, without straining myself too hard.

I've read in the blogs about other orders going astray, and how Customer Service was actually helpful and got the situation resolved. I've been doomed with staffers who know beans about how Threadless ships to Canada, and I wind up having to explain it all to them!

It's really very discouraging. I expected better from Threadless.

Oh well....

How did you convince them of their error?
