Website help...

I want to get my own website.. that I don't have to design but just upload stuff and add text.

Can anyone tell me which site is the best and the cheapest?
I have seen Homestead has a design gallery and it costs $4.99/month.

just get a blog at blogger.com you can add pictures and they have layouts you can use and stuff. its free.
