about Psychedelic Peacock

my threadless goodie bag came in the mail yesterday and in it was this t. for my wife. i was curious about it as i thought and felt/ as many others did/ that it wasn't a winner of such an illustrious competition.

well, after opening up the bag and unfolding the shirt, it is ultra radical! wifey's smile was from ear to ear, instantly.

it occurred to me that the threadless staff must have had to print out several designs to finally determine a 'winner' amongst a stellar crowd. and, with this shirt at least, i can see why it won. the color scheme rocks, the placement and size is sweet too.

but this is just one person's taste. hope you all enjoyed your gifts.

and i scored three pencils!!!

I've been very anxious to receive it and see it on the t-shirt for myself... was wondering about the placement and size as the print looks smaller than I imagined in the product pic. So reading this is somewhat of a relief! Very happy to hear you and your wife enjoy the shirt!

The product pic is on a much larger tee than what most girls would wear. I imagine it's massive on a girls tee.

I'm not saying that to take the piss out of Jeff or anything, I just wear 2 xl's and I order mediums girls for friends of mine.

i was hesitant to buy this at first because i thought it looked odd on the shirt, but then i realized it'd probably be huge on a girl's medium, so i bought it! and now i can't wait to get it!

i was skeptical at first to get it bc of those two comments in particular. but when you take it out of the package, it looks great.

I took my gallery photo of the shirt last night, and it has quickly become one of my favourites. The size and the placement aren't awkward at all. A great purchase for me and a very deserving comp winner. :)
