unfortunatelly it looks the english version is not yet done

but i think you can find there (or i can do it for you) some contact to promoters

i know couple of promoters myself, but the festival is quite big, and i dont know sutch a "big" persons ;) but anyway this could be also helpful if you decide to act and if you have some idea with your design regarding festival
