Hey Everyone! If you have a FACEBOOK page, please cast a vote for charity. It is completely FREE to vote. CHASE BANK is giving money back this year by donating money to non-profit organizations, like the one I work for. But we need your help by voting. It is nice that CHASE is giving back, considering all the banks that took government bailout money from us taxpayers.
Anyway, I work for a healthcare clinic that provides care for low income people that have no insurance, and cannot afford care otherwise. These are not homeless people. These are working people that are just trying to make ends meet. The clinic is called Interfaith Health Clinic, and we really need the votes. Donations are really down this year due to the economy...and we are worried what cutbacks we are going to have to make...

I wish I knew this years ago. We all drop a little food on our shirts while eating. I just recently heard on the radio how to get grease out of your shirts so easliy. Things like butter, mayonnaise, salad dressing, french fry grease...anything !
All you do is rub some baby powder onto the grease spot on the shirt, and let it sit there overnight BEFORE you wash the shirt in the laundry. The powder absorbs it all out, and it's completely gone then when you wash it. I do this every time now. Works perfect every time.

I would also like to hear your thoughts about Political Correctness.
Personally I think alot of people are doing it wrong. For example, here in the USA it is supposed to be PC to call black people 'African-American'. That cannot be correct for all of them. To be correct I would think you have to be born in Africa, then move to the USA. If you were born here, sorry, you are just an American.
Think about it. If we had to call everyone by what countries are in their heritage, then you would have to call me a German-French-Irish-Austrian-American, instead of just a white girl. That's silly.

I wanted to hear other people's thoughts. When I was in college, we had to take theology classes. A discussion of the Virgin Mary came up. I learned that back in Biblical times, the word 'virgin' meant an un-wed female. Not one who has never had sex. So the Virgin Mary was therefore single, and pregnant.
