I notice that they refer to points you get for referring as a street team, and that always gets me thinking of those crappy alternitive rock bands that post a million posters on a single wall or pass out free cds outside concerts. But it got me thinking.
What if threadless became a truly mainstream service? I mean, i want thread to successeed and make money, but for me at my school and overall community, i'm one in maybe 20 people that shops at threadless and I find it kind of cool. Threadless becomes our little secret gold mine of amazing t-shirts and i think if it went mainsteam then wearing the shirts would make you look like a poser. and that would really suck for something thats so amazing to turn into something so lame. So in conclusion, although i promote threadless, i'd prefer if it stayed off the top charts. You must be logged in to leave a comment.
