Is this missing something?

Working on new design. Do you guys think its missing something. I like the idea and I'm pretty happy with it but I feel like there may be something. What do you think?

Is this how the perspective is supposed to be? Is the line on the other side of the pot right? I'm not sure.

Maybe work on the "texture" of the coffee. it looks too solid and gloppy. I think it's the waves in the pot as well as the sheen. I think the perspective is alright now, but the inside of the mug seems a bit too dark.

the bottom of the pot and cup could be rounded some more.
also, fix the coffee so it looks like its already being poured in the cup.... trying to think of a better way to word that.

yeah, eliminate a lot of the waves and add a highlight to the outside of the pot.

less wavy

more distress

round the bottom

lighter color in the top of the mug

pour the coffee into the cup

and the one thing im confused about. when you say add a highlight like do u mean add it where the glass would be so it goes across the whole pot. like with a halftone?

I don't think you necessarily need a halftone for the highlight, just a white sheen to indicate glass. As for distress, i think the level you have in the top image is sufficient.
