Is this like other shirts, where the design is pretty smooth on the shirt? Or with that much ink will it stick out some? I know that around the collar and such there will probably be a little bit of a print distortion but what about the overall print? Does this question make sense?

I'm wondering if it is discharge printed.

The "Made with ..." thing says super-soft water-based inks.

it uses water-based inks, so it's really soft and not very noticeable. it'll also improve your mental stamina as it attaches to your spinal cord and sends messages up to your brain.

i can see the white stitching around the collar which makes me think they printed the fabric with a water based ink before they sewd the shirts together

It's smooth and should get softer after the first wash.

I'm pretty sure it was printed after being sewed. Belt prints have trouble getting ink into little folds that the threads create.

Its black water based ink on a white shirt. So you shouldn't be able to feel the ink at all.
