I now present to you my photoshop'd Roman adventure blog. (I'll be posting his entire adventure that I create here in this blog)

ROAD TRIP!

*Ok, maybe letting Roman drive was not a good idea.

I guess it is time to start Hitchhiking.

This couple looks nice. I'll just hop in the back and catch a ride with them. I don't think they will mind.

Maybe Not!

Ok this family seems alright. On with the trip. Let's see some sites!

We stopped for a bite to eat. The Fish was great! Too bad the sign was not edible.

Then it was so awesome... we stopped at one of those Mermaid themed attractions and got to swim with the mermaids.

Met some nice ladies in the city...

...before jumping on a plane to some where warmer.

The airline food was pretty good.

Had an extra long layover in FL so I tagged along with a family I met on the plane for some Fun at Disney.

Just had to get a photo of me with all my Disney friends.

Well that was a fun time. Now back on the plane, get some sleep, and on to my next destination. Not my best moment... I think you caught me drooling.

Finally got to the beach. Now it is time to kick off these flip flops and hit the waves.

Ahhh. Enjoying some time in a hammock at the beach.

What a trip so far! I was a little hungry so I thought I'd try my hand at some fishing for some tropical fish.

After catching nothing all day, I ran into an old travel buddy of mine. T-Gnome

This morning we drove in-land and went white water rafting. It was awesome.

Then I met up with the HELiPRO team for a flight up to the top of an active Volcano. First we had lunch and the sandwich was great.

Seeing the Volcano up close was great until the pilot got a little too close to the action.

Not sure who is going to fly us back. I might have to give it a try.

This doesn't look that hard. I think I got this. Hey look the ocean!

BAM! I'm OK! The landing part is a lot harder than it looks.

Since I was already at the beach I waited around to see the sun set. Met a nice family and we all walked along the beach as the sun set.

Now for a short break from the current adventure to visit a few famous friends and share an image from our adventures together.

Me and Indiana Jones on one of our adventures together. He always gets us into the most precarious situations. RUN INDI, RUN!

My sweet tooth is always satisfied when I stop by my good friend Willy.

It's always good to see my young Jedi friend Luke when I stop by Tatooine.

Hope you enjoyed this little side trip.

Went out to see some of the Mayan Temples today. Then the strangest thing happened. I was abducted by Aliens!

They took me to see a few of their favorite hot spots around the world. We started with some Pyramids in Egypt.

Then we stopped over at Stonehenge where I pretended to be huge in the photo.

We just had to swing by Highway 375 in Nevada to get a photo.

Then they were nice enough to drop me off in NY City to meet Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.

Next thing I remember I was in NY City and I was splashing around in the Fountain out in front of the Radio City Music Hall. Started the day seeing the Mayan Temples and ended the day in NY without any idea how I got here... Weird.

This morning I got up and grabbed a hot dog at a local street corner vendor.

Then I jumped on the subway to get to my next NY sight seeing destination. Oh and I bought a new hat.

I think the group of old ladies were checking me out.

Note to self: Always hold on to your hat when riding on top of those big Tour Buses.

Stopped by the Park and rocked out with the local band that was playing there. I play a mean triangle.

It is never a good idea to ask a random stranger (especially if they have been drinking) to take your picture. They almost always come out blurry.

I just had to meet up with some friends while in NY and have some pizza before flying off to tour Europe.

Met up with some of my Road Trip friends while they were on Vacation in Europe. I love these people.

While hanging out with the Griswolds we all got matching hats with our name on it and then we visited the Eiffel Tower. The view was great from up there.

Then I headed up to Switzerland and met some really hot Swiss Ladies and a real Swiss Cow.

This was the Swiss Cow. :-)

After hanging out with the Swiss ladies I headed up to the mountain with the guys for some skiing.

I got some air while coming down the mountain. What a rush!

My good friends the Griswolds picked me up in their rental car and we headed to "Somewhere in Germany."

We stopped by a local pub and I met some awesome German Ladies.

Afterwards they were nice enough to drop me off at a German Castle that was giving tours.

I was able to go into the Castle's Tunnel System for a once in a life time tour.

Saw a ghost and got the heck out of there.

You can sure bet it will be a once in a life time tour because I'm never going back there again.

Stopped by Greece to see the Parthenon and my friend Red Bird.

He has some anger issues...

Headed off to Africa to go on a Safari. We saw a mother lion with her cubs.

When one of her cubs ran off I took it upon myself to jump out of the jeep and carry the little cub back to her mom.

She was not very happy with her and gave her such a lecture.

What a day in Africa. Finished up the tour and had a glass of Champaign as the sun set.

Roman Arrives in Texas. No Photoshop needed.
T-shirt Sketchbooks! I finally got my hands on two t-shirt shaped sketchbooks.

These are made by PUKKA/DANK. The quality is pretty good from what I can tell but I have easy to satisfy standards. They are $15.00 USD each but cost me $45.50 USD for the 2 books including the shipping to the US. A little expensive but I couldn't pass up the chance to grab a couple of them.

So who is watching and what do you think?

I am in no means a good Character Artist, so I'm looking for a collab with an Awesome Character Artist.

Here is my sketch idea.

I thought it was funny, but I am not a good enough character artist to make it great enough for a Threadless T-shirt submission.

Anyone interested?
If you haven't seen my The Daily Coffee series of marker drawings then you should check them out.

I have noticed that some of my better drawings have been inspired by something I saw that day. Here is where you come in... Inspire me and if I use your inspiration in my coffee drawing then I'll dedicate it to you and if you'd like the original drawing, I'll send it to you. Signed.

What do you say? Inspire me? Post images or links to stuff that inspires you. I am already a user on found so I have seen a lot of that stuff. I'm looking for things I haven't seen before. BTW: They don't need to be coffee themed images.

Here is one of my favorite inspired drawings to give you an idea.

Inspired by this John Martz cartoon.
Remixing my Paint cans was for the HotHitz challenge and changing it up to a Mario Bros theme. This is just the starting point of the design and I'm going to add a bunch of theme items to the paint areas to represent some of the different worlds that you find in the mario bro games. More to come on this one before the due date.
Adventure Spy is a Custom Vinyl Blank Toy that I painted and customized for MAD Magazine in honor of the Spy vs Spy 50th Anniversary. The toy will be shown at the 2011 San Diego Comic-con in the DC Comics area. I was contacted by MAD Magazine back on April 1st to customize the toy for the publication and celebration of Spy vs Spy. At first I didn't know if it was an April Fools joke or not, but it turned out to be a really cool project and no joke. Other artists were also approached, so I wasn't the only one custom painting the blank toy.

Now it shares the company of other spy creations by the likes of Pendleton Ward of Adventure Time and Weird Al Yankovic

Also the 2 sided Poster featuring all 50 of the spy creations was in Issue #511 the one with the Angry Birds spoof on it. I got some prime real estate up in the left hand corner of one of the two sides.

Ok so it says they hold 2 - 3 plastic bags worth of stuff, but how big are they actually? Can someone post a photo of one of these totes with a person holding it or something? I'm trying to decide if I want to get one as a lunch bag or if it is too big for that sort of thing.

Love this one!
