Does anyone remember those old Tootsie Pop commercials with Mr. Owl? As a kid it was always intriguing to me--how many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop? The world may never know....

The squirrels outside my apartment have been going totally nuts over the last few weeks. The other day they were seriously jumping like TWO FEET into the air. It was out of control! They served as the inspiration for my most recent submission.

I was one of the kids who never owned a Trapper Keeper and was totally jealous of those who did. Man, I still want one. I just read that Mead is making them again--and they're using those funky old-school designs!
