I just finished writing this computer program. It reads medical CT data and renders it in 3D. I came up with its rendering method on my own; I'm amazed that it works so well.

(This kind of thing is the reason why I'm not seen on threadless very often these days. School is hard.)

you type

and make sure the less than symbol is directly at the beginning
and greater than symbol is directly at the end

make sure there are no spaces between the " " and the URL

Hey, thanks.

I know how to use HTML. It's just that when I post it, the threadless server deletes it. I have contacted them about this; my account has been this way for months (it used to work fine).

I've tried them all in by editing the blog, and the tags all literally disappear.

I'll try it in the comments:

Kewl. On kind of a related note, I used a confocal laser microscope to look at a bunch of rat brain slices today :D The neurons that take up a certain gene flouresce in a different color than the nonaffected ones.

Oh, in the lab we're looking for this part of the mammalian brain that controls respiration. We create a special ligand in the gene with restriction enzymes, stick the sucker into a viral vector, amplify it, crack open a rat brain in vivo and inject the stuff into the region.

In short, the neurons that take up the ligand are the ones in the region that controls breathing. fun stuff, but tedious.
