And no, it's not a half windsor, it's a FOUR IN HAND knot. It makes an asymmetrical knot, but it's one of the easiest knots to tie. Good for super hipster skinny 80's tie, because it makes a really narrow knot.

Why do people bitch about the diagram NOT being a Half Widnsor? Nowhere on the shirt says it's supposed to be that.
