I am annoyed that the Indian is riding an African elephant instead of an Indian elephant which, for obvious reasons, he SHOULD be riding. If not for this mistake, I would definitely buy it. But how could this make the final cut without an error of such elephantine proportions being corrected? Seriously, all that would have had to be done was like fix the ears and shorten the tusks a little. You wouldn't even have to make the elephant bump- instead of sway-backed, as it should be, because that's hardly noticeable when someone is riding it, and from this perspective. But it seems that having a head-scratching mistake like "why is an Indian guy riding an elephant that lives on another continent?" wasn't worth correcting. I'm a little dismayed. It's like making the cowboy ride a zebra instead of a horse and saying it's good enough. C'mon, threadless, you can do better! I love you, threadless, I really do . . . but you're killing me here.

You care way too much about something that 99% of the people who see this shirt won't notice, or care about.

Ahh no. I'm being a little sarcastic. I'm exaggerating a bit because 99% of the people won't notice. It's not a huge deal - if I don't like, I just won't buy it, that's okay - but I enjoy making fun of myself for even being bothered by such things from time to time, hence my going into ridiculous detail. And if it had been covered already (I'm sure it has), I apologize for putting my two cents in as well instead of just piggybacking on someone else's similar post (again, this is meant lightly, haha). I guess reading this works better if you can hear my tone of voice instead of just reading it, so I apologize if it appears I'm being more pushy than I intend to be. Next time I'll keep up a stict monotone and be completely emotionless to eliminate confusion. :)

I think being the wrong type of indian is part of the joke, as for the wrong type of elephant - it is neither, the ears arent big enough for it to be african.
