Semi Permanent In Sydney - anyone going?

wellwellwell its on this friday and saturday yet again..
so anyone here going to this?

I'd love to... alas I am missing it again this year.

I've only ever been to the first one back in 2001 (or was it 2002)

They also had an IdN conference here in 2001 which was cool.

Don't know why they haven't had another since.

yeah most of our class is going too, cant wait to get the goodie bag, usually has some cool stuff in it :D

yeah rprsnt was okay, very commercial, a few ego artists/designers no show or no speak.

word on the street is the bag has a 200 page book or something

yeah it comes with the semi permanent book which is like a $40 one. last years one was pretty cool.

i missing out on the party gotta goto a 21st party, but oh well

The only reason I'd go to the Auckland one at the moment would be for Build. I've been twice before, and would like to go just for the book. It all depends really. It's alot more for me to pay now that I'm not a student.

yeah people rom our class did a trip to melb for ideas, and was expensive, and didnt really get anything much out of it..

Fafi and Stereo Skateboards are out of the conference, my only chance to meet Jason Lee and get him to sign my Mallrats and video days merchandise... gone!

Replacements: The glue society is cool, and Dumbo Feather sounds interesting

so much humor! it was great, how funny were the phone series from the Glue Society with Tom, Stallone, and Prince

i didn't get my book though, they ran out of copies on the second day? why i don't know

hopefully i get some extra stuff in the mail
