if the ups man comes to your house to deliver you an amazing threadless shirt, but you're not home to recieve, and he leaves a note for you saying he'll come back later, but you're always at work at that time and no one is around but your cat to answer the door, can you make your cat stand on its hind legs and look like a meerkat?

what i'm really asking is, can you go somewhere and pick up your package, or what?

i think after the third attempt they post a notice with an address for the nearest outlet where you can pick it up

i always just leave a note taped on my door saying it's ok to leave the package, and sign my name. works like a charm!

When I missed the UPS man/woman it said I could leave instructions on the note they left so they'd know where to leave it.

Ever since we got a house, they've been leaving packages on our porch even tho we always had to sign for them from the apartment.

They even left a huge headboard box propped up against our garage before we even technically moved into the house. We weren't so happy about that since it was just screaming "Steal Me!"

I've found that screaming headboards are not conducive to a good night's sleep.

but screaming by the headboard is great right before sleep
