A question about Golden Tags.
I figure the staff has their hands full with the sale, so I'd see if anybody knew anything about this first.

I got a golden tag a while back and just got around to using my gift code in the last sale. I bought one $10 shirt, figuring it would deduct $10 from the code and leave the balance.

So, I went to place my order today, and I tried to use the remainder of my code, but there was nothing left on it. So, do you only get one shot with golden tag codes? Is this how giftcards work as well?

It should leave the remainder on there, at least with normal gift cards it does.

Wasn't it good for just one tee though? So even though you bought it on sale, you still got your one tee. At least I think that's how it works.

that's odd. i'm pretty sure you should still have credit if you didn't use all of it.

Yeah if you didn't use all of it, there should be a remainder.



The other 5 dollars may have been used to cover shipping for your last order. Don't know how much shipping is for the US though

the remainder should be there. i would contact customer service and they will give you a new code or put the money back in. although, you might not get it in time for the sale.

it says free reg priced shirt so I guess it's a shirt not 15 bucks. I gots me one too, but I haven't used it yet.

Thanks everybody. The email says "$25 coupon code", so that's why I thought it was weird. I suppose I'll see what the staff have to say...

they gave me a $25 GC when i got a golden tag, but i bought a select, so it may just be one shirt.
