Threadless Beer Brewers!

I just made Pumpkin beer this weekend from a bunch of our discarded Jack-olantern carvings!

Tons of fun but a little nervous as it was my first go at a partial mash/pumpkin beer!

Its in the fermenter and everything is bubbling away - really psyched!

Any other Threadless brewers out there have stuff in the brew works? (a pumpkin ale per chance?)

I think my brother might try brewing something soon. A cider, perhaps.

I'm just getting started. we've saved up bottles, and we're going to go buy supplies. We're starting out simple, and going to build complexity after we're sure we know what we're doing.

Chipmkn - awesome on the cider - my dad has a batch of hard apple cider in right now - should be ready for thanksgiving - excited to try it out -good luck!

The pumpkin beer has been bottled!

after a extra long initial fermentation its in the bottles! Pysched!

Now just a couple weeks for the second fermentation and it'll be done!
