I remember when you could choose what color you wanted for a shirt, like panamonium you could have red or green, and now i have seen non of the sort. What happened and could the color selection come back

That was only because they reprinted it.

the red was the original for pandamonium. they reprinted it on green after it had sold out in red.

That's because they were reprinted but there was still some stock left from the previous printing in a different color.
