i'm starting to be disgusted by connect four and dot-to-dot.

I got sick of the connect four designs after the second one. Now every one I see gets an automatic $0. It seems like people are just blindly throwing darts without any real thought or innovation to their designs.

i know. i'm sick of people who just throw some USB cables or whatever. or like, a map of the world. that was cool, like the first time. i think the designs that are the best, are the ones that have less to do with "connecting."

Automatic zeros are an asshole thing to do.

An automatic $0? Woah, that's rough. What's the point of even voting then? If your not going to score in a fair manner. Sure it gets repetitive but you always have the option to skip it.

I do give them the score I think they deserve. I just like seeing unique designs. It's the repetitive things I'm sick of.

yeah, there actually has been some really fantastic designs for that contest, but a LOT of the same...it will be over soon & then we will be sick of seeing the next one, right?

totally get that. i try not to get too irked and take it out on the design, but it's getting old..

oops, forget the $. But I stick by the 0. It was a weak concept the first time. I don't think people should be rewarded for blatant copycat mindless submissions. If all I see in the design is a connect four board with no other innovation at all it gets a 0. Who would want to wear that as a shirt?
