Is this design worth revisiting?

I found an old design I never submitted from like three years ago (Red Cross Loves Threadless), and I was wondering if anyone thought it was worth revisiting/reworking. It was titled "Anonymous Gift."

tis wonderful man. Love the colors and sprites making his wishes come true. Why didn't you ever sub it? hahaha, Red Cross, i remember that contest, it was when i first joined up!

if you're gonna rework any part of it, i think it'd look cool if the kid's 'dream bubble' was done in a slightly sketchier style (like the background). just my two cents.
