TOTALLY. WORTH IT.
That might have been the most beautiful movie I've ever seen. I also loved the story, though even if you don't think it has an interesting plot, see it just for the visuals. It completely sucks you into the world of Pandora. The 3D is never overbearing; it's used perfectly and really makes everything that much more realistic. All the inhabitants look totally real, and not video game-ish as they did in the trailers. I'm still in awe. about The Eraser
   
I'm starting a new blog since I seem to be taking over as host for this Threadmas event, which is now being held in Philly. So far the plan is to do stuff during the day, and at night we will cook a nice dinner (and by "we" I mean Charity and I, though others are welcome to help if they'd like).
As far as stuff goes, what kind of stuff do people like to do? The only cheap/free holiday-themed things going on that day are this Christmas village thing that's set up around City Hall (I think that's where it is; I've never been) and a 3-D digital holiday experience thingy in the Comcast Center on their insanely huge LED screen (the entire back wall of the lobby is one big television). For dinner, what kind of food do people want? I know there are some dietary restrictions we'll have to consider (mine, to be exact :-p ), but I'm up for cooking pretty much whatever (I won't cook pork products in my apartment, though--sorry).
