oh, also my dr thinks its celiac or crohns, so i'll have to get some advice on food/diet stuff that I can integrate in place of crappy gluteny stuff

damn, rough break, dude. i don't know much about crohns as far as what you should and shouldn't eat, but if it's celiac, i can definitely give you advice.

crohns has no real diet...removing a bunch of things that are more likely to irritate is the best one can do from my understanding...hes leaning toward celiac though

if it is celiac, going on a gluten-free diet should hopefully help a lot. i think generally people start feeling much better in a week or two once their bodies begin to adjust.
