hahaha! Oh god, me too. Oddly enough, there's a lot of bird paraphernalia on my walls (I disassembled an old bird book for the images).. perhaps we've made peace. I hope everything in your life (and your family's) is going well.

Also, just so you know, you are responsible for getting me some serious cred at a piercing/tattoo parlor when I went with my friend (for her nose) about a month ago... one of the tattoos in the book had a bunch of symbols from Still Life With Woodpecker and we were puzzling over it (they didn't seem to go together at first), and then when I blurted out what it was, the heavily-tattooed woman working there gave me this knowing, "you're cool" look.

So yeah, you are responsible for that! :D
