I got an email today from rapper Asher Roth's publicist informing me about a situation that the rapper got into today on an airplane.

There was a bomb threat on the craft and Roth helped to detain the suspect.

I just got approved for some reviewer passes for a Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks show in Seattle on December 6th and the Seattle Theater Group asked if I'd be interested in doing a contest/giveaway for another pair of tickets.

I have complete freedom over the contest and am considering doing the contest Threadless style like there have been in the past (even though I never won any in that format).

Basically, I'm probably going to have contestants rework some Malkmus photos on Photoshop to enter and give the tickets to the winner. It should start around the first and continue towards the end of the month.

I'm just feeling it out here to see if anyone in the area would be interested because someone from this site has a pretty good chance of winning from all of the practice.

Remember, these tickets are only for the Seattle show.

If there is an adequate response, I will post an update once we have everything figured out. If not... I'll probably still post an update once we have everything figured out.
