anyone else notice the site is super s-l-o-w?

I just tried scoring subs and the load time was excruiating. is this the result of the new site? anyone else having this problem?

I'm having to wait at least half a minute for EACH sub to load. ugh. that may not sound long, but if you time it compared to a regular page load, you'll see how painfullyl slow that is.

I have a fast computer and fast connection too. maybe this is because of high traffic?

I have to wait at least half a second between subs, it's preposterous, really.
I'm happy with the new site, it's fast. Perhaps your connection is P2P-saturated?

scoring subs is super slow for me too.

the site sometimes takes quite a while to load.

i have have high speed broadband so i dont really get why its like that.

half a minute for EACH sub is very slow. are you sure there are no net works in your area that could be affecting your connection?

by the way the site is slightly heavier than before but that is cause the number of graphics on each page has gone up.

what i find frustrating though is that during peak time the site really crawls for me. that is the only time that i don't even bother browsing.

i haven't been scoring as much as i'd like because its been loading slow for me as well, i agree with manos about the site at its peak time being slow, but even when its dead in here the subs take for-ev-er...

Yeah, this site has been really slow for me ever since the new site was launched (on every computer I try it on).
