Hi guys,

just wondering if anyone has ever had one of their t shirts missing from an order. I recently ordered two t shirts from threadless and for some reason when i opened the package only one of them was there. i contacted threadless and they said they would get back to me within 3 business days but 6 days have elapsed and still no response from them. i have contacted them again and am waiting for a response.

has anyone ever had the same experience and if so, how was it resolved?

im only complaining because i need the t shirt urgently as a present. can anyone out there help me!!!

was the missing shirt highlighted on the invoice?



if so, they probably ran out of it before you order was sent.

This happened to me and I emailed them about it. They said that they accidentally put it back on the shelves and resold it, so they gave me store credit. Which shirt is it? Because if it is sold out, its gone :(

I was mad about it too because the shirt I wanted (War Against Work) was for my brother and now I have to wait til it is reprinted to get it for him. But Threadless has awesome, if not THE best, customer service I have ever encountered.

theyre probably just really busy with the sale and forgot/havnt had a chance to get back to you, keep contacting them. Threadless has great customer service and are usually really good when orders get mucked up so I'm sure they will work something out for you.

I've never had an order messed up EVER since 2001. I'm guessing it's the new stafflings getting their feet wet.
