where do you find the template for the poster person?

i actually never could find a template :/ I had to take one of the print pictures, take out the design from the poster, change up the levels, mask my image into it, change the brightness, then add shading and whatnot to make it look a bit better.

I really wish someone would make a template though.. there probably is one around somewhere.
