I was waiting for the 300 DVD to see it. Now I probably won't bother.

Same goes for the Usual Suspects, I was planning on watching it with my friends.

There's really no reason to be outraged over The Usual Suspects and 300..

because I'm pretty sure any number of other places, even just normal conversation, could've given you the endings.

granted the movie 300 was based off the comic book the actual story is known as a historical event. This even was mentioned in one my world history books I read a while back. I figured this event was common knowledge even before this movie was ever made.

I guess I'd blame the historical event for spoiling the movie.

I have other news, Appalonia gets blowed up in Italy, and Sonny gets it a toll booth in Godfather 1 +2 and Michael marries Diane Keaton.

Oh and in Scarface, Pacino's partner marries his sister, Gina.

So I guess the movies are not worth seeing either.

300 is taken right from history. it's not really a big suprise. i haven't seen 300 and i probably still will see it after finding out 299 die because it still just looks awesome.

besides, who waits for the DVD of a movie they REALLY want to see?

p.s. i was walking down the hall at school the day spiderman 3 came out and this teacher who had seen the very first showing at 12:00 AM that morning blurted out the ending to this student she was walking with. i actually had purchased the tickets the day before and i was so excited about going to see it that night and i wasn't even asking for it to be spoiled.

but i still saw the movie. and i still enjoyed it A LOT. spiderman has been my favorite superhero since i was tiny and i loved the movie because i love spiderman.

moral of the story: shit happens. deal with it.

Knowing that thing about The Usual Suspects does take something away from the film, but not much.

There are a million good things in that film, and even without that last twist, the film is twistier than a tornado in a 60s discoteque. Plus, the beauty of that revelation is not so much in the revelation itself (it's actually a little nonsensical) but in the clever and original way in which it is revealed.

This shirt has done nothing to ruin either 300 or the Usual Suspects.

I dunno - the Bush administration has spoiled a lot of things for a lot of people.

I think maybe Moss should design a "Misleading Spoilers" shirt to undo the "damage" caused by this one. You could have things like "Rosebud is the name of his penis", or "Soylent Green is made of 60% rusk" or something.
