I think removing the nose from the first face would be the best way to solve the problem. To me that's what makes that one "too complex". Even only removing the nostrils would help a lot.

The combination of honey jar and bee-man in his full outfit doesn't make any sense.
I suggest you make the bear bigger, put his paws up and just let the honey drip from them. Cut the text and the jar, and I'd wear it

Agrees with Travis76 on the corral. It also draws too much attention to itself. Work on the colours.
Otherwise; funny. And actually rather intelligent I'd say. Rare combination that is.

Nice work, but the smaller girlyheads should not be cut+paste.
I'd much rather see different faces there, looking in another directions, or at least not with the same tilting of her head.
