wow.
when i first saw this i was like 'wow, someone took my concept..'
not that it was a very unique one.. but its hard not to feel a bit miffed when you see someone has somewhat 'copied' your concept..
but obviously this was more better since they rejected mine.
oh welll.....
dammit threadless.
you didnt even tell me why mine could not be chosen..

if they never saw it then they couldn't have copied yours.



be careful with your word choices because it sounds like your making an accusation.

It could be argued that both designs are copying the scene from James and The Giant Peach when the gang captures hundreds of seagulls to lift the peach out of the ocean. But i wouldn't argue that at all.

Chalk it up to coincidence. better luck next time.

The elements in your design seem somewhat unrelated. The fact that the birds are trying to trick the cat with the fish makes it more than just an image.

First off, i never saw yours. Secondly the ONLY similarity are the birds on strings which isn't even remotely the same. Birds with strings isn't like some "fantastic new concept" its been around for centuries.

I like the design, and congrats on getting it printed.

I was just stating how I felt, not accusing anyone of anything.
