So, I was thinking about this today during my 8 hours of boredom I call work. Since the age of 17 I have had 7 different cars...I think I might be addicted to car shopping! Let's take a journey shall we
age 17 - 1975 BMW 2002 (first car): age 18 - 1975 BMW 2002: ![]() age 21 - Ford f-350 flatbed (for my business): ![]() age 22 - Ford F-150: ![]() age 23 - Honda Element: ![]() age 24 - Toyota Corolla: ![]() age 25 - Mazda 6: ![]() and we are planning on getting an Nissan Xterra in the next year or two. Why does my vice have to be cars???
Mine would be to buy a bowling alley and instead of making it all futuristic with black lights and smoke machines, and all that other crap. I would take it in the opposite direction and make it nice and retro. Then I would get rid of the bar area and convert that and the snack bar into a cafe that only serves old fashion comfort food. I'm don't have a name for the bowling alley yet but the cafe would be called "the PB&P" (peanut butter & pickle). So what's your dream?
So this weekend, I wanted a project to do. So I designed myself a new drawing table! I love using power tools! Nothin' more manly that getting sweaty outside cutting up wood with a big circular saw. RAWR!
![]() I even installed two LED light bars that shine up through the glass to convert it to a light table :)
in the new Boulder office??? My job here is terrible. I'll totally move out there. please :)
Did you happen to get the box I sent to you in the mail? or do I have to go down to the post and crack some heads??
Thanks everyone! and thanks to Starr226 for making the Collab such an enjoyable experience :)
the story behind the sub: So as soon as I saw the blog for the Democracy Loves Comp I knew I wanted to participate. I brainstormed for a little while and came up with this concept of the Nay saying horse. Then I attempted to draw said horse and realized I still don't draw very well :) Then Starr226 came along with his bloghere. Well I decided to take advantage of the situation and see how he would draw a horse wearing a colonial wig, hopefully getting some inspiration. Well when I saw when he came up with I knew it was a match made in heaven. One day later with a little emailing back and forth our little baby was born. Seriously it was as easy as that. Hopefully you'll see some more stuff from us in the future :) *cheers! ![]() ![]() link text |
I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
