What's up with the flickr thing?

I like the web 2.0 "Profile builder" things - it's a cool addon to your Threadless profile.

But I haven't gotten the flickr thing to work. I've tried both my flickr username that I use to log into flickr (well, it's actually a yahoo login) and the flickr shortcut name (www.flickr.com/[shortcutname]) - and I always get "The Flickr API returned error code #1: User not found" in my profile.

Do you need a Pro flickr account for this to work, or...?

I think you need to do like...http://www.flickr.com/photos/boxkite if you're trying to reach your pics....

OK, I figured it out... I'm not supposed to put in my Flickr username - but actually my "Screen Name".

It's the thing where it says "Signed in as XXXXX" when you're signed in to Flickr - you can also find it where it says "Uploaded on # by XXXXX".

OK, now it's stopped working.

What's going on?

I don't even get an error - just blank, no photos.

mine was like that before too. I think you just have to wait a few hours for it to show any pictures. but if not, then i dont know what the problem is

You have to put the flick screename ... Not the user login neither the shortcut... but ur screename tag that you have at the top of your profile that everyone view. For example my flickr username is samuel.lara and my shortcut is samlara but my screename tag is El Buen Matador... thats the one I put into the profile builder.

label: Yeah, I tried that and it worked a couple of weeks ago - but then it suddenly stopped working... not sure why. I didn't change my flickr screen name.

Hmm... interesting - I just added some new photos on flickr and now the "flickr thing" on Threadless works.

Looks like they only grab photos you've added in the last few days.
