When you create patterns out of string with your hands apart, usually with someone else too, what's that called?

I need some visual references but I have no idea what to search for.

cat's cradle is usually with two people, but there's a lot of string figures with crazy names. most of them I've heard of are single-person, though.

I like doing Jacob's Ladder myself, I find it soothing
