Has anyone else had recurring problems with their Threadless orders?

I remember ordering some stuff during the back to school sale, waited a month, then realized that I was never going to get my order...so I asked about it, they said there was an issue with shipping (package was most likely lost), and they refunded it (except for the points that I used, around 7 bucks).

So the shirts I wanted were sold out, no hopes of getting them. Once the next sale rolled around, I ordered more t-shirts, waited a month, and once again realized "Hm...something's wrong." I contacted them again, and they said that the package had never been shipped, that they were still in the process of packaging it but had missed the date for shipping it out (or something like that). They refunded my money, encouraged me to buy something again...except the shirts that I wanted were then sold out.

I really don't know if I'm going to risk buying something again, and if I do, there aren't any shirts that I like that didn't get sold out while I was waiting for them to arrive.

So I guess I'm just hoping that I don't have extremely bad luck and that I'm not the only person this is happening to. I mean, if these two problems had happened at completely different times, I could understand that once in a while they may slip up, but this happened twice in a row.

=\. That sucks. My orders usually come within a decent time frame so I've never really had that problem.

I did however have to wait almost 2months for one tee that i thought was lost but it eventually came.

That's a bummer. :(

I've never had that problem, but here and there I've seen other people post about similar issues.

FYI: If you ask about the STPs, they should refund them. I think sometimes they just get lost in the shuffle.

i have never had any shipping problems (over 20 shirts), though i have a friend who has a similar situation to yours.

aw, that's a terrible case of bad luck. i haven't had any problems and i've ordered many times.

Just recently my order was lost. Somehow it was lost in transit from the warehouse. Who takes it from the warehouse though? Is it the shipping company or skinnycorp? Should not there be record of a tracking number?

I was given store credit, but I still would love to know where those tees are.

Funkie Fresh, while you waited for your tee to come was the order status ever updated with a tracking number?
