sooo... what has been happening around here? what's the dirt on the social threadless scene? who's hot, who's not? spill the gossip for an absentee, would you...
I'm coming over to the States from the 20th of December to the 10th of January, anyone from Detroit or Chicago that might take pity and take me out to a punk club while I'm there? I'm visiting ancient friends of the family...
Well, I went to the Frequency Festival in Salzburg last week to see the beloved band and Roger was wearing Color Swatch Palette. I wanted to scream "Roger, you're wearing Threadless!", but somehow I was too busy staring blankly at Chris. But here's a picture, for your entertainment.
p.s. Chris, I love you. about Damn Scientists
Look what happened on a sunny Barcelona street. Mister John Malkovich himself, who was kind enough to let us take pictures. And look at the pretty tee i was wearing...
that's what happened to me. when the site changed, it all became very hard to adapt to. the old threadless was like a nice worn-in armchair and now it's like a big stiff sofa... i kinda like it, and it has more to offer, but it's just not as soft on the buttocks.
i just wanted to say hi to everybody i used to talk to, i guess it'll take me some time to bounce back. and yes david, you're still up there. well, come by and say hi... ricco, i can make cookies again if you'd like. about I shower naked.
You mean in your birthday suit, right? Coz it's your birthday... get it? Yeah...Naked birthday, Ross.
i was thinking about the stendhal syndrome and i remembered there's this medical condition when you live under the impression that famous people talking on the TV are talking to you (like if you're a britney spears fan - i am - and you see her on tv, you think she's talking to you). do you guys know what this is called? or what this type of condition is called?

Come on, just once... let me know who you are...
i'm just keeping track of the things i really want printed and bought. maybe i'll soon start knocking things off the list as "done"...
UPDATE: my list is officially working, slowly but surely. last week it was superstition, this week lil' soap. i can do one a week! i'm happy. NEW UPDATE! and now - get some fresh air. good AND... another one - congrats JOHN2 for "mermaid"! AND AGAIN... the chicken has officially crossed the road safely. ![]()
I'm quite frustrated that most (and i mean 90 something percent) of the submissions use washed out, pastel or just faded colors. .. beige, light blue, washed out orange, banana... uh.
I do really want a Neon Monkey reprint, but until then... how come no one uses strong colors for their designs? Some strong yellows, or bright greens, or a deep purple or fuchsia or turquoise? i like color. color is good. it's spring and sunny. i want happily colored t-shirts. And lovely Bramish has agreed to help with making this after a break right after the 2D contest. Bring on the color extravaganza! And by that I mean designs using strong, bold colors. |
Punk. Funny. Obsessive about details. Didn't quite reach the psychotic edge yet. I need my music, it keeps me happy. I live to eat, because "i like food, food is good".
My heroes: Gwen Stefani, the punk. Billie Joe Armstrong. Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Al Pacino. David Fincher. To find out more, check out my lovely blog: www.littlefluffyrabbits.blogspot.com If you like how i can lean against a rusty pole, buy through my link: http://www.threadless.com/?streetteam=donnie_darko And thank you. |
