about Happy End
...what with the release of Cloverfield, and the iconic significance of the SOL in the monster's mythos.

Not calling rip-off, just interesting timing, and a lovely monster-movie homage.

You shouldn't call it a rip-off, because it has nothing to do with Cloverfield and everything to do with yet another king kong reference. Plus it was up for scoring three months ago well before cloverfield came out.

Read my entire post before you say something...

Additionally, the submission was submitted in November, deep in the midst of the heavy Cloverfield viral campaign, well after the notorious SOL decapitation trailer.

Finally, King Kong climbed the Empire State building, and had no interaction with ol' Lady Liberty. Like I said, not calling a rip off, just saying that the timing of the submission and print are coincidental, and appropriate.
