I keep trying to come up with the meaning of this shirt, but I must be pretty dumb, 'cause I don't get it. Is that a sentient levitating raindrop?

Lyk, teh arrowz goez in both directions, though at first glance you only notice one. Everyone assumes the rain falls down, but apparently it can overcome adversity and go up too! We think that there is only one way, one choice, but if you look closely there is always a second...? O_0

I just thought that it's showing how there are always different ways you can go, which is why the one raindrop is going away from all the other ones. And if you look in the empty space where there is an absent rain drop, the blank space makes an arrow going down, which is the direction that all the other raindrops chose to go.
