I know I'm not the only one who doesn't like light blue shirts, so I'm not going to start off with "Am I the only one who...". Rather, I wish to pose a question:

As a guy, what can one wear that would look good with a light blue shirt, and more particularly the precise shade of light blue that is on Threadless t-shirts? I ask this because in the year that I've known this Threadless I have yet to find something suitable. Even if this were day-glo orange I'd snap it up. But as it is...

I agree. Light blue isn't the most flattering colour on me.

It's sort of good because it prevents me from buying a whole bunch of other designs I would otherwise get if it weren't for the baby blue. Save me some cash.

I like light blue. It's nice being dark-skinned, 'cause the light shirts look better on you.

Light blue is one shirt colour that I honestly cannot wear because it looks so bad on me. And SOOOO many good shirts get printed on it. I guess they can just be eye candy for me. Somebody's gotta rock the blue.

I don't buy blue shirts any more because about half of my shirts are blue. But they look fine with jeans.

I'm a little sick of the light blue myself...but it must sell, right?

Do you own any long-sleeved shirts in black, navy, tan, or better yet, brown? They don't have to be solid colors to coordinate, and would be best if they weren't (think subtle plaids or patterns). Just wear the overshirt unbuttoned and untucked and likewise or half-tucked with the tee. Pants could be jeans , khakis, or even dressier. A sports coat would look nice with it and a darker color would break up the blue. This color of blue can be very flattering around the face and neck and the ladies tend to notice and appreciate color. Of course, you have to feel confident to look confident but if you don't stretch the boundaries every now and then, the male plumage tends to be drab. And it's not like we're talking pink or lilac here......
