not canvas size. You want file size.



In Photoshop, go to Image>Image Size... and then at the top of the dialog box where it lists the pixel dimensions, enter "100" for the width and "70" for the height.

ye can also crop in photoshop by setting 100 x 70 in the dimensions box (CS or CS2)
