I am fed up with being sick!

Although it does give me lots of time to be on threadless.
I also just wanted to ask what sorts of programs you all use to design, and what type of media? I understand graphic design, i just don't understand whether people draw them free hand and put it on the computer, or whether one makes it entirely on the computer.

People do a both. I generally use vectors in illustrator. But plenty of people draw and scan their work.
