about HI
Why would they print something that only got a 1.76 out of a possible FIVE?!

And either way, why would they print a PINK 'hi' on a PINK shirt...? Just kinda retarded if you ask me.

I agree with the pink-on-pink thing. And this thread next to the other one makes me giggle!!

How....

Hi!

Why.....

Hi!

somethin tells me they just used the darker shade on the pink shirt.

And hey, choosing a lower scored sub just gives lowly designers like me more hope!

Now we need people to start blogs Who, What, When, and Where talking all kinds of shit on this shirt. The more I see this shirt, the more it grows on me. The detail in the lettering is actually really good; this design looks better on a shirt then it did when it was submitted.

do you buy every shirt printed every week? because if not, why complain?

this is great, and the fact that got printed whit 1,76 makes me love it even more.

It's true what Paparime says. This gives us under-3 (and most of the time under-2) designers hope.

No one cares what you think, Kirk, dammit.

This was before Threadless rounded up. Today, this design would get a 2.

thanks Skipper.

anyway yea, since you all care, we shouldnt vote anymore. the majority of the people scoring are shit heads that shop at the mall and threadless picks what they want regardless of score.

so the scores do nothing more than boost our egos.

the select designs blow donkey turds too. who's cock are they sucking?

such eloquent language

interesting, kirk. 1 sub with a low score makes it and instantly scores are irrelevant? The exception has become the rule?

That's a little skewed

ive seen people complaining about lower scoring subs getting printed on here for a long time.

its not just this one. i have $12 in STP and im hard pressed to see a design i want to buy... where as i see shirts i'd buy all the time while scoring or looking through peoples designs that didnt get printed.

theres been an overwhelming feeling of dissapointment when they announce prints lately. and reprints.

Fixed it for ya.

I believe your opinion is the minority here. The last few weeks of prints have been beyond stellar.

john2 this is the first time i've even chimed in on this. i just go by what i read. a giant pink "HI"? come on? that is the most 6th grade girl crap ever.

not saying people arent into that and no offense to the creator, but why have people judge artwork if stuff like this gets printed.

maybe im missing the point.

the pink on pink version is a great design, on the blue...eh, not so great...but i enjoy how threadless has been printing a geeod VARIETY lately...good job threadless.

john2 theres 2 threads about how this design sucks and they werent started by me.

not trying to pick a fight, im just sayin'

people are picking on this shirt based on its score, which i think is silly. a low score doesn't mean no one likes it. most of my favorite designs on threadless score below a 2.3, so i'm glad they cater to the voters who fall into the minority.

I gave this a 2. I like the detail work, but the fact it's just a giant "HI" turns me off.

I agree about the lack of shirts that make me get out my credit card.

Last one printed that was an absolute must have is the 4 color swatch palette. I missed it the first time too. Need to pick it up in the reprint.

Threadless has printed designs that have scored lower than a 2 before. God Hates Techno got something between a 1.6 and 1.8 and has been popular enough to be reprinted. There are some other shirts too printed with low scores.

Getting a high score is definitely a big factor in getting printed, but the ultimate decision comes down to if the people at threadless like it.
